EPRC is offering a free training program and group runs to support you as you train for a marathon or another long-distance race this fall.
The program launches on Monday, June 23, and will run for 18 weeks, leading to the 2025 Marine Corps Marathon on October 26—the 50th Anniversary of MCM!
You are welcome to train with us whether you are running the Marine Corps Marathon, another fall marathon or long-distance race, or if you are just looking for a supportive community to run with—no race registration required!
If you are running another race, we can offer adjustments and will do our best to offer adjustments to support you and your goals.
In line with EPRC's mission to serve the community, this training program and support is always completely FREE of charge, and all paces and fitness levels are welcome.

SCHEDULE:
WEDNESDAYS - Meet at 6:30 PM at Tap99 in Navy Yard (1250 Half St SE)
*First Wednesday of each month, meet at 6:30 PM at lululemon F Street (1090 F St NW)
SUNDAYS - Meet at 8:30 AM at Big League Performance & Rehab (637 Pennsylvania Ave. SE Suite C)
