EPRC is offering group training runs to support you as you train for any mid-to-long-distance race this spring.
The program launches the week of December 15, and will run for 14 weeks leading to the 2026 Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon (RnR Half) on Saturday, March 21. The program will continue for three more weeks, leading up to the Cherry Blossom (CUCB) 5K and 10-Miler on April 11 and 12.
With that said, whether you are registered for the RnR Half, the CUCB 10-Miler, or any other distance race this spring, you are welcome to join us. If you are NOT signed up for any race, we'd still love to run with you, so you are still welcome!
We can offer adjustments and will do our best to support you and your goals.
When you register with us, you will get:
our full, coach-certified training program (via Training Peaks or in a PDF)
to join our in-person community runs (Wednesdays & Sundays), which are aligned with the training plan
special programming tailored to support runners during RnR and CUCB weekend
access to our amazing community—run coaches, physical therapists, and runners of all levels, and all-around positive energy people!
In line with EPRC's mission to serve the community, this training support is always FREE, and all paces and fitness levels are welcome.
* Before attending your first run, please fill out our short waiver and acknowledge our Code of Conduct. You can find both HERE.
Please note: In order for us to plan for the best support on race weekends (RNR Half & CUCB), the formal registration into this program will close by Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11:59 pm. With that said, our in-person runs are open to all!
